Terms of Service

By using PeptideOS ("the App"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

1. Not Medical Advice

PeptideOS is an informational tool, not a medical device or service. The App provides peptide reference information, dose tracking, and AI-powered insights for educational purposes only. Nothing in the App constitutes medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment recommendations.

Always consult a qualified healthcare professional before starting, modifying, or stopping any peptide protocol or supplement regimen. The AI assistant is not a doctor and its responses should not be treated as medical guidance.

2. Age Requirement

You must be at least 17 years of age to use PeptideOS. By using the App, you confirm that you meet this age requirement.

3. User Responsibilities

• You are solely responsible for any decisions you make based on information in the App.
• You agree to use the App lawfully and in accordance with all applicable regulations.
• You will not use the App to distribute harmful, misleading, or illegal content through community features.
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your device and Apple ID.

4. Subscriptions

• PeptideOS offers a free tier and a Pro subscription ($9.99/month or $69.99/year).
• Subscriptions are billed through Apple's App Store and are subject to Apple's subscription terms.
• Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
• You can manage or cancel your subscription in your Apple ID account settings.
• No refunds are provided for partial subscription periods. Refund requests must be directed to Apple.

5. Community Content

• You retain ownership of content you post through community features.
• By posting, you grant PeptideOS a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display your content within the App.
• All community posts are published under anonymous handles. Do not include personal information in posts.
• We reserve the right to remove content that violates these terms or community guidelines.

6. Intellectual Property

The App, including its design, code, peptide database, and AI functionality, is the intellectual property of PeptideOS. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer any part of the App.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PeptideOS and its creators shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App. This includes, without limitation, damages related to health decisions made based on information in the App.

The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time if you violate these terms. You may stop using the App at any time. Upon termination, you may delete your data from Settings before uninstalling.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes shall be resolved in accordance with applicable law.
